I love Colorado. It is such a beautiful state. I love the mountains. The views are incredible. I find, my customers love this state as well. I stock enough parts and supplies to go a week without replenishment. But, as I said above, my goal is to get that refrigerator, air conditioner, furnace, or boiler up and running when I arrive, in one trip. In the least, to make it functional long enough for me to get more work in the same area before I have to return, ie. a few days, a week. See? I’m not about driving around and collecting service charges. I’m about providing a service, and piece of mind. That’s why I like it when I discuss the appliance with the customer first. Sometimes, I’ll stop and purchase a part before I set out, because after speaking with the customer, I already know what is wrong. In fact, I would say, in less than a minute, I can tell what part I need, and feel confident that I will succeed in my goals prior to arrival.

I service and repair all brands of refrigerators and freezers both commercial and domestic. In the past decades as the imported refrigerators broke the market such as LG and Samsung, I found often I was the only company repairing them. The phone call would start, “Do you repair LG-Samsung refrigerators?”. LOL I found that as these refrigerators broke the market in the US that there were numerous design defects that could only be worked out by years in service in the field that the U.S. companies had long since learned. For several years I was repairing design defects that other folks just couldn’t handle. I warranty all my repairs for one year. I am a believer that it is still possible for a refrigerator to last 10 or 20 years. It just needs to be fixed right!!
